Scale Model Supplies
Scale Model Supplies is one of the largest suppliers
of model
railroading and hobby items in the Midwest. The business has been
family-owned since 1982, when it was in
its original location at 523 Lexington Avenue, just a few blocks
from its current location. Many of our earlier customers remember
the old shop -- and how small it was!
The business grew and needed a larger location, but we didn't
want to move too far away for the sake of our loyal customers.
Now located at 458
Lexington Avenue (a
bowling alley in a former life), Scale
Model Supplies has LOTS of room and a much
larger inventory, including new hobby items, such as slot cars,
die cast items, more model kits, plus stamp and coin collecting
products, memorabilia, and even dollhouses!
